We left first thing this morning and drove for about 12 hours. Both horses seem to be travelling well and they are now having a party at the Weyburn Agricultural Grounds where they have a nice large field to themselves. Magic was in a very playful mood and Oslo eventually joined him in some frolicking!
Unexpectedly, it has been quite cold and the horses are turned out with a cooler and their stable sheets since neither of us brought real blankets, thinking cold weather would NOT be an issue!
We will be crossing the border first thing tomorrow morning - hopefully we don't have too much of a delay.
